The Four Winds

Using the Stone of the Four Winds provided to them by Ruh al-Ard, the group teleports back to the monastery of the Sisters of the Shifting Sands. Here they make a plan to meet with the Kaicho to attempt to negotiate for the release of The General. Reaching out to Aziza at the Church of the Blind Wanderer they are able to set up a meeting with the Kaicho. During this conversation they learn the Kaicho is a member of the Oban family linking him to what they found in Kakura. They then part ways with Carna who sneaks out of the city to get the crown safely hidden away.

A Delicate Negotiation

Working with Aziza the group is able to sneak through the city to avoid running into Sandat Sha, the Yuan-ti Kyodai who has been looking to take the map from Carna. The group presents their offer to the Kaicho. The map to Kakura and the letters from Kenji Oban in exchange for the release of The General from his indentured servitude. After authenticating the items, and being particularly intrigued by the Kenji letters, the Kaicho agrees and allows Marius to join the group. He let's them know that they should leave Safaga immediately as there are those who will be very upset about the arrangement. After spending the night hidden in the Church of the Blind Wanderer, the group is able to get to the docks and onto the Dawn's Promise without further issue.
