The last Emperor of the Kasan Empire. There seems to have been a movement within his military to depose him due to actions such as the execution of high ranking officers. It seems he was once a beloved Emperor but many believed he had fallen to some form of madness.
His ghost is later encountered by Myrnin in Kakura, revealing that the Kasan crown is a powerful attractor artifact whose influence corrupted him and drew the Blightfather to the ruined city.
